Storm water drainage cover broken, 5th March

Outside 85 wise broken drainage cover for the storm water drain in corner of road. Your council lorry ducked out the drain but when closing the drain the cover broke they have marked with a road cone. But we have no details when they intend to fix it. Please can you advise
