• The three drains outside Loke Cottage and the three properties to the east on the north side are surcharging rain water to the middle of the road. The gullies were cleared 2 weeks ago but that is not the problem . There is clearly blocked drains in that area and they need jetting and clearing to stop this problem. It arises after relatively a small amount of rainfall . No drain clearing has ever taken place in that area to my knowledge in recent years.
