The drain/manhole has sunk therefore when vehicles drive over makes a large amount of noise, in needs to be raised so that it is line with the road surface and make a shuddering noise. Especially when GGVs go over it. The Noise wakes me up and is unbearable

Small manhole cover sprayed with blue paint. I have just found it in the road and replaced it in the hole. The hinge is broken and it keeps getting moved out of the inspection chamber it covers.I assumed, as it had been sprayed, Thames Water were aware of the problem but nothing has been done yet. It has been damaged for at least a month. It is going to damage a tyre or someone is going to trip on it crossing the road.
