Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This road is an ADOPTED OCC Highway. So many very deep potholes along the length of it. It is virtually impassable. You have to almost drive in the ditch to get through from one end to the other. It may well have been reported previously - so why is nothing being done?
