Surface is broken and uneven and pitted making it difficult to cycle and would be impassable for wheelchairs

    Here's just a few examples: I couldn't stop to take photos of all the problem areas as I'd have been there all night. In many places the path surface is literally gone: all that's left is the type-1 sub-base.
