While driving past Diddly Squat Farm Shop on Chipping Norton Road, my car struck a severe, deep pothole. The defect is approximately 50mm to 60mm deep (measured against a standard can for scale in the attached photo) and features sharp, crumbling tarmac edges.The impact caused an immediate, deep structural bulge in my tyre's sidewall, rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive and requiring an immediate £160 replacement. This deep crater poses an ongoing danger to road users and requires urgent inspection and repair.
