Carriageway repairs failed

On the westbound carriageway of the A40 road, across the entrance to the BP filling station just before Eynsham Roundabout, at approximate OS grid reference SP43851016, a repair to the carriageway has failed in two places. The repairs are on the near-side wheel track on the westbound carriageway. Both have deformed, each forming bumps big enough to destabilise either a westbound motor-scooter or moped hugging the near-side road margin, or any powered two-wheeler entering the filling station.
