Drainage issue

The drain is significantly below the height of the road surface. The road is also narrow and curves slightly to the left. Subsequently all hgv/farm/van traffic hits the dropped drain and makes an awful noise. I’m sure the db of the traffic hitting the dropped drain is above legal limit. Please count the drain be raised to avoid the noise pollution.
