Double manhole on heyford road, near the junction of the chestnuts

The road surface has changed formation from the loadings. Our home vibrates and makes cracking noises from the constant heavy loaded vehicles, speeding on this road into and away from the village. This double manhole now make a double clunk noise when vehicles pass over it, through the day and night. both the vibration and fear of our property being damaged and and noise from the manhole is concerning us. Can the manhole be checked for alignment to prevent it clunking and check if the sewer below is in good condition from road loadings?
