Received through mailbox on Thursday Aug 6th notification from SSEN that they are closing Observatory Street from Aug 10th to Sep 7th from No. 37 down to Walton Street.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Is the Council aware of this SSEN closure as residents had no prior notice and how are we supposed to get out of the street? There is already work at the Walton Street end and Thames Water is starting work later this month.
