Street light on bank facing upwards, broken form pole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Last month when the tree fell across and blocked the Ickleton Road, it knocked the lamp off the pole which is still not repaired. The lamp is working but shining up the bank. This fast road is made dangerous lacking correct lighting and it is shining up to our property Yew Trees. The what three words location is contrived. ironclad. sock
