Multiple longitudinal potholes - dangerous for cyclists

Much of this section of road has longitudinal potholes that are putting cyclists at high risk of injury. When cycling down the hill (travelling in a North-West direction) it is difficult to avoid the holes that are forming at the edges of previous road repairs. The nature of the holes means that it would be fairly easy to get your front wheel caught in the ever-deepening trenches and lose control of your bicycle. The photo I have attached is a screen-grab from action cam and doesn’t really show the true extent of the issue. Please can this be investigated and rectified as soon as possible before someone is seriously injured.
