Give way signs for cars exiting Vintner Road onto cycle path are faded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I rode along the cycle path from Audlett drive towards Waitrose. There was no warning that a road concealed road exits straight onto the cycle path and footpath. A driver came out of Vintner road into my path, and luckily I stopped my bike in time. He seemed to think he had right of way. Having revisited the place I see that there are faded ‘Give Way’ lines to stop cars coming straight into pedestrians or cyclists. This is a very dangerous junction and needs attention to prevent a serious accident. Thank you.
