Pothole and mud exacerbated by turning

There is a large pothole at the entrance to our drive and a second one a little further on in front of the field gate. Further to this the area in front of the gate has an excessive amount of mud which results in car, vans etc getting stuck. I am unsure if there is tarmac underneath the mud but it cause a lot of issues.
Due to it being a dead end and google maps being inaccurate, a lot of people drive down accidentally, then having to complete a many point turn which compounds the issue of the mud and pot hole.

Further to the pothole and mud, there is a sewage manhole cover which is greatly exposed. This was temporarily repaired by Thames Water last year, by tamping down some loose rubble around the outside but understandably it has worn away again in a short amount of time. The lack of tarmac means that it is easily exposed and is doing serious damage to the underside of vehicles. Not only is this damaging peoples vehicles but is also posing an environmental threat by tearing vehicles oils sumps which has been noted on occasions. As mentioned above, many people get lost coming down the lane and drive quickly, not noticing the manhole cover, they then drive into, reverse quickly and damage their cars.
