Trees overhanging the pavement

This a recurring problem every year. The trees are hanging so low over the pavement that pedestrians have no choice but to walk in the road. The resident of the property failed to cut the trees back last time it was reported. This is dangerous for the residents of One End Lane some of whom are elderly and some of whom have babies in buggies.
