Pavement constantly blocked by customers from the pub

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

In busy days like today, the pavement in front of the King's Arms pub at the corner of Parks Rd and Hollywell St, Oxford city centre, is constantly blocked by pub's customers. The pavement is already narrow, making it particularly difficult for people with walking aids or baby buggies. The pub doesn't seem to be interested in asking their customers to be respectful of the public pavement.
