Dangerous hole in pavement

I tripped on the hole in the pavement outside the drive of 28 Bardwell Road, OX2 6SR and it is also causing damage to cars entering the property. Please can this be looked at and filled in to make it safe for pedestrians and vehicles. Many thanks
