Safety concern – Hedge obstructing visibility at Deanfield Road footpath entrance

I would like to report a safety concern regarding an overgrown hedge outside No. 40 Deanfield Road, Oxford OX2 9DW.
The hedge is approximately 1.5 metres high and is located at the corner of the footpath that connects Eynsham Road and Deanfield Road. The hedge obstructs visibility at the entrance and exit of the path, making it difficult for pedestrians to see people approaching from the opposite direction. As a result, people often bump into each other, creating a safety risk, particularly for children, elderly people, wheelchair users, and those with pushchairs.
I would be grateful if the Council could inspect this location and ask the property owner to cut the hedge back so that the footpath is safe for everyone to use.
