Missing sign?

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I noticed today that, while there's a large "green" sign announcing the new Shores Green eastbound junction at half a mile's distance, there isn't one at (roughly) the 300 metre mark. Aren't two advanced warning signs the usual arrangement? They are on all the other Witney bypass junctions.

There is a temporary sign (black writing on yellow background) currently present in the vicinity where and advance directional sign would normally be, which would suggest a permanent sign is due to be installed.
