No cycle chicane for path joining Horspath Driftway from Pickett Avenue

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

My wife had a bike crash here because someone came too fast out of Pickett Av on their bicycle and went into the side of her. There’s also an excess of steeet furniture and Voi bikes at this spot, where the cycle lane merges onto the pavement.
