First street light on the left of Mullein road from Cranesbill drive is not working. Just had the bulbs changed and now not working at all.

Street light not working.
Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The streetlight referred to above is still not working. This makes this corner very dark as you turn into Mullein Road. Please can you provide an update and an estimate as to when you expect this problem to be rectified,

Unfortunately as per the above response we are only able to attend to electrical and structural emergencies at the current time. This fault is on our management system, however I am unable to provide any timescales at the current time. Sorry

How long does it take to Cana get a lightbulb. If you are OCC... Too long is the answer! Any chance of getting this done before the clocks go forward? Or maybe when the clocks go back in October!!! Hopeless!!!

I am amazed that this light worked until it had a new bulb fitted by whom I don't know, but now we have non working light that will be fixed who knows when. Send the van round again with another new bulb, they have the rest of the estate to do!

Still not fixed. That's over a month since first reported. Bring on the merger of the 3 councils, perhaps we will see some better efficiencies and productivity.... Email to the CEO in the morning...

Thank you for your report, we have been waiting for new stock to arrive to enable us to swop this lantern, this has now arrived and therefore the lantern will be replaced as soon as we are able to do so. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
