Road safety concern and missing 20mph signage

I am writing to report a significant road safety issue on Milton Road next to Exchange ln in Bloxham. Over the past months I have observed a consistent and dangerous pattern of vehicles travelling at speeds well above the legal limit. As this road is frequently used by pedestrians, including children, elderly and dog walkers this behaviour poses a serious risk of injury or fatality. Additionally, the regulatory 20mph speed limit sign at Milton Road/exchange ln is currently missing. I believe the lack of clear signage is contributing to the current issue. I have attached photographs for your reference. Could you please investigate this matter as a priority? Thank you
