Several holes road breaking up badly

These holes have been getting worse steadily over the past 2 yrs when it was reported before i believe I would like to include pictures of my 82 old wifes facial bruising due to a fall because of the broken up road but you dont seen to have a facility for that but could send them to your office if required

    No further contact these are pictures of my wifes bruising after falling due to the bad state of the road
