Cars and vans parked on double yellow lines

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Vehicles park on double yellow lines/pavement to the side of NCP car park (Banbury Cherwell Centre) and Discobowl. This has been ongoing for months.There are usually at least 6 vehicles parked there on a daily basis. Regular traffic enforcement visits are needed.
