This path used to be down the middle of the 2 fences. The people in 36 Chapel Lane look after and cut their hedge. The others on the south side just let there’s grow. It implacable by 2 people most of the year. Please ask the to cut the hedge back to the edge of there property. As OCC states it should be. Thank you
