Urgent report of overgrown hedge obstructing the pavement

I am writing to report a severely overgrown hedge that is obstructing the public pavement at 49 Henley Road Sandford On Thames Oxford OX4 4YW.
As shown in the attached photographs, the hedge has grown well beyond the property boundary and across most of the pavement. The remaining gap is extremely narrow, meaning pedestrians may have to step into the road to get past it.
This presents a particular danger to wheelchair and mobility-scooter users, people with pushchairs, anyone with mobility difficulties, and pedestrians walking with children or dogs. The road appears to be regularly used by vehicles, so having to leave the pavement creates a genuine safety risk.
Please could the council inspect this as soon as possible and contact the property owner to require the hedge to be cut back fully to the boundary, restoring the safe and unobstructed width of the pavement.
I would be grateful if you could confirm that this has been logged and provide me with a reference number.

Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
