Massive pothole to the point my tyre had a blow out

This pothole caused my tyre to blow out i am a young women who the had to sit for 3 hours waiting to get recovered in 35°c heat because of the failed road surface. the potholes are really deep and there is no way to dodge them as they are covering the whole road
