Bin signage wrong way round

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The bins outside HMV near the oub have the sign and colour thebwrong way round. Newspapers is the round hole and platix and bottle is thebalot. You cannot put the bottles in the designated slot
