Two drains blocked during 2025 Banbury Winter Market

During 2025 Banbury Winter Market these two drains were blocked. The results was that during rainfall, three of our markets stalls flooded, having a direct impact upon the vendors. We wish to ensure that these two drains are unblocked prior to the 2026 Banbury Winter Market that is taking place on November 28th and 29th. The What Three Words for the two drains are: exile.feeds.nobody and keep.race.jazz. Thank you very much.
