There are temporary lights at this junction and no works are being done , it actually looks like the works are completed . It took me 35 minutes to go 5 miles today

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

2 sets of lights with work being done only at the set near Bicester with the Finmere end work has been completed for a number of weeks and like today the lights are often out of sink . Please do away with the 2 set system it doesn’t work
