The branches are overhanging and when you walk on the footpath you have to walk on someone’s garden to avoid them otherwise they could poke you in the eye

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The tree present is on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local District Council and not by the County Council.
