Spot the 'deliberate' mistake !!!!

Nice new (but incorrect anyway) speed limit/change sign.......totally (and I really do mean totally) obscured be vegetation. So OCC or its contractors installed a nice new lit speed limit sign......amongst a load of vegetation.
