Location: Portuguese cafe, 5 The Roundway, Headington, Oxford OX3 8DH. This cafe has table and chairs which is blocking the pavement for pedestrians, you can hardly use the pavement, they also park their cars on the pavement. When people gather and sit on the chairs there's no way you can use the pavement. Everytime me and my family with a pushchair walk pass it we will be forced to walk on the street, which put us at risks when cars are pasing. This problem has to be sorted. This cafe does not own the pavement, they should clear it up and give the pedestrian right to walk.
