Block Gully Need Advice

I am contacting you as the Clerk for Bladon PC.

There is a blocked gully just off The Green (near no.15) which I have reported in the past and turns out that it is not OCC responsibility which is fine.

I need to arrange a private contract to clean the gully and I need to know what size lorry OCC use to access the gullies in the area (for example the one I have marked) as I have been advised by one company that the smallest lorry they have is 16 tonnes.

I have no idea about lorry size and don't know to tell what size will fit and hoping you can help but letting me know what OCC use.

Also, if OCC offer to do cleaner of gullies for a charge for parish councils please let me know.
