Big lime tree in Vicarage Road needs low branches clearing further up. I have just moved into 55 mill st on the corner, is already covered in lime leaves/fruit. Could some overhanging branches be cut? I’d pay!

It’s not a major problem. Just affects me: I’d pay to put it right! But I’ve moved into a lovely old house & garden and the lime tree in vicarage road that overhangs it : a) needs shaving off more from ground up- trunk is covered in shoots B) is already showering garden with fallen fruits- by autumn I’ll be head deep!!! Could I have one or 2 branches hanging directly over me cut?
