The three drains in Bakers Lane have not been cleared for a number of years.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are three drains in Bakers Lane, one up near Hillside and two down near the junction with the A361. Non of these have been cleared for a number of years and the two near the A361 are blocked with compacted soil and debris to the gratings. It is also possible that the underground pipe work is also blocked. Whenever it rains the water runs down the Lane to join the A361 and the surface water running down from the Wigginton Road
