Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The vehicle-excluding poles at this location were torn out by the people filling in the land at hinksey stream to park their vans on. This was reported more than 6 months ago, with photos, and nothing was ever done with the report on fixmystreet. It was now recently closed as "old". It's still here.
