Daily operation of heavy steamroller on residential road causing surface marking

I am writing to report a preventative highway issue regarding a nearby construction site by Bellway Homes in Chesterton. Every morning at approximately 9:00 AM, a heavy construction steamroller drives out of the active development site and travels down Vespasian Way in Chesterton. The operator appears to conduct vehicle checks and turning maneuvers directly on the public road before driving back into the site. While the tarmac has not yet cracked into potholes, the heavy machinery is leaving clear marks and indentations on the road surface. This daily, repetitive turning of heavy, compacted equipment on a residential street is causing unnecessary stress to the highway infrastructure and will inevitably lead to structural road damage and potholes if it continues. Could the Highway Authority please contact the site management team to ensure that all heavy machinery testing, checks, and turnarounds are conducted strictly within the boundaries of their private construction site, rather than on the public highway?
