Hedges taking over half the footpath at corner

Hedges on corner taking over half the footpath. In particular this is a problem for children, strollers etc coming round corner on way to Dunmore school, as well as the Fitz students coming / going along the Northcourt Road pavement.
Hedge has been growing like this sometime but is increasingly problematic in blocking use of pavement and especially views around the corner.
