Broken and unstable cover over large hole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There's been a portable yellow hole cover here for months. It's now broken and rocking and the hole is visible. I think someone could easily get a walking stick or heel caught in it. Please could you fix the hole properly?
