The pavement is raised due to tree roots

This is a recurrent problem, at the border of 29 Peat Moors, fixed in the past but not properly. Tar was poured over the crack before. The tree root is still bulking now, creating an uneven pavement and now the surface started to crack again. This is a hazard to falls for older folks and children.
