Unauthorised disabled bay painted in road
Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 10:04, Monday 6 July 2026
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This morning a line painting team arrived at location and proceeded to paint in a disabled bay. There has been no information regarding this, no notices of intent to do this, no letters to residents regarding this. This has caused distress and anxiety for all residents in this small community where parking is extremely limited and double parking due to limited mobility ( including for people who do not have disabled badges).

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our parking team will contact the company which installed these markings on the highway, and begin the process for an official disabled bay to be installed in the area.
