Loose manhole cover outside 13 wellington street thame ox9 3bw When cars and heavy Lorrie’s hit it , it bangs. As this road has recently been fixed the heavy traffic and Lorrie’s that are constantly up and down the road have damaged the manhole cover and it has come loose again.!! This road is not suitable for heavy Lorrie’s. And heavy traffic !
