Lots of thistle with thorns protruding onto cycle path

There is a lot of thistle with thorns coming out from the fences and walled area of Headington park onto the cycle path on Marston road (heading towards St Clements). It comes up suddenly and can really hurt someone, or scratch an eye if not removed urgently.
