Overgrown and dangerous tree!

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Nothing seems to done regarding this tree which is seriously overgrown diseased and completely out of control it may be on the landowners property but it overhangs public footpaths and other public accessible areas, over the years it has known to cause heavage issues to nearby structural property, it is heavily diseased with ash die back disease, please try and get something done before a serious incident occurs. The landowner has many overgrown fir trees and does nothing to control them either.

Thank you for your report. I have visited site and inspected the trees described at this location. The tree appears to be in a reasonable condition on inspection with few defects observed, on this occasion no statutory works are appropriate on the tree as described in the enquiry. Should you notice a significant decline in the tree’s overall health, please feel free to get back in touch with us.
