The blocked drain is near the garage of no 99 lower Icknield way

I originally reported the drain was blocked in May. The blockage appeared immediately after the road had been resurfaced. There is no obvious debris in the drain I think the heavy machinery may have caused a blockage in the pipe

As you can see from the photo there is clearly water in the drain. There is no water in any of the other drains along the whole if lower Icknield way Please can you get it fixed
