Large oblong hole on the path/missing cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There appears to be a large oblong hole on the path on the left as you drive into the estate. It looks like a cover has either fallen in or been removed. I was driving past so couldn’t see into the hole.
