Manhole covers loose, create noise.

When vehicles drive over the manhole, the loose covers rattle, creating a significant amount of noise. This is disturbing our hotel guests, particularly those whose bedroom windows face Park End Street. The problem is especially noticeable at night, when traffic passing over the manhole repeatedly wakes guests. As we have several family rooms overlooking the street, the noise is unacceptable and has a direct impact on our guests' comfort and sleep.

We would be grateful if the manhole covers could be inspected and secured as a matter of urgency to eliminate the noise.
