Pavement is blocked by overgrown weeds
Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 23:33, Wednesday 1 July 2026
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The pavement alongside Sutton Road between Milton Village and Sutton Courtenay is near impassable due the extent of the overgrown plants and weeds on either side of the path.
Children and mothers with pushchairs are having to walk along the road because the footpath is so excessively obstructed.
Our 12 year old son has to walk alone between the villages to catch his school bus, and has recently informed us he has been walking in the road because the pavement is so bad.
Please could the council remedy this, as it simply is not safe for children.
