Potholes around the speed bumps

There are potholes around the speed bumps between the roundabouts on The Street Crowmarsh Gifford. I drive an unmodified 2009 mini and because of the potholes and the height of the speed bumps the lower spoiler at the front of my car scrapes on every speed bump and is causing damage to the car.
